Department of Physics
History and Mission
The Physics Department of Persian Gulf University has started its activities since 1996 with five faculty members by offering degree in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics. The department also offers the Master of Science (M.Sc.) in several areas of specialization which currently include Condensed Matter, Nanophysics, Nuclear Physics and Optics & Laser.
